R+L Carriers Wins 13th Quest for Quality Award
9/8/2026 - Wilmington, Ohio - R+L Carriers earned its 13th accolade in the 2026 Quest for Quality Awards, an annual recognition presented by Logistics Management magazine. The monthly transportation and logistics publication worked in tandem with officials from Peerless Research Group (PRG) to survey qualified customers of supply chain management services and determine award recipients. This culminated in R+L earning a placement in the National LTL Carriers category.
The research group received just over 2,800 responses, with winners earning at least 5% of the category vote. On-time performance, value, information technology, customer service and operations/equipment were the five attributes used to determine award recipients in the National LTL Carriers group. Out of 13 overall wins, this is the fifth consecutive achievement for R+L Carriers, having received previous Quest for Quality awards in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Logistics Management's Quest for Quality award has endured for four decades as an important measure of performance excellence and customer satisfaction.
