R+L Carriers Opens New Georgia Service Center
4/27/2026 - Wilmington, Ohio - Ohio-based transportation company R+L Carriers is pleased to announce the opening of a new service center in Gainesville, Georgia (ATE). Officially designated the "Atlanta East" terminal, this facility is the company's fourth in the state, joining the Marietta, Ellenwood and Cordele service centers.
Located at 3333 Athens Highway, the service center boasts 326 dock doors, a five-lane fuel island, 11-bay maintenance shop and 7,500 square feet of office space. It is well-positioned to deliver freight along the Interstate 85 and Interstate 985 corridors, as well as other surrounding locales, including Gainesville, Athens, Dahlonega, Helen and Clemson.
