3/2/2025 - Wilmington, Ohio - Business Magazine Forbes has named R+L Carriers a top employer in 2026. This comes after the publication partnered with market research firm Statista to release its 11th edition of America's Best Large Employers. Survey responses were gathered from over 217,000 employees to determine each ranking. Of the 700 companies that made the top cut, R+L Carriers placed fifth in the Transportation and Logistics category. This marks a notable advancement over last year, where R+L scored 10th in the same category.
Respondents were polled on their satisfaction with current opportunities to advance, salary, training programs and overall work environment. The survey also asked if former employees who left within the past two years would recommend their company. To limit extreme variations from employers who only ranked positively in the most recent survey, data from the last three years contributed to the results, with emphasis given to the latest survey.
