 When shipments are tendered, our drivers immediately assign a shipment control number (Pro Number) to each shipment. Labels containing this number are affixed to both the shipper's copy of the Bill of Lading and our copy of the Bill of Lading. The shipper is instantly provided with our Pro Number to allow immediate cross-referencing to shipping documents or control numbers. Immediate availability of our Pro Number allows faster and more convenient tracing, as well as providing the shipper with the ability to advise their customers of the Pro Number without having to place phone calls.
