A 'mini' Activity Queue wherever you go. View recent web activity from our redesigned sidebar. It's on every page. Available to MyRLC customers, this tool allows you to view recently used tools, click links to see information from the requested tool and gives you greater access to forgotten or reusable information. In addition, the MyRLC login is now visible across the site.

Streamlined Forms
Site forms have all been streamlined. Some have collapsible sections to reduce scrolling to offer a much more intuitive site. We no longer require web tours to "teach" our customers how to use the site.

Activity Queue
Revisit our most used tools: Rate Quote, BOL, Shipment Tracing and Transit to look up past results. Need to see that rate quote from a few weeks ago? It's there. If there's a system issue and your request cannot be processed, instead of receiving an error, just check back in the Activity Queue and you'll know when it's ready.

We plan to run our current site and beta site simultaneously for three months in order to give our customers time to become familiar with the new website. After three months the current site will be replaced with our beta site.During this three month period, we will begin transitioning our shipping tools to the updated versions. On December 19, we redirected customers to the new transit times calculator, service points, and service maps tools. Soon, we will sunset the current rate quote, pickup request, and activity history tools and automatically redirect customers to the updated tools on beta.rlcarriers.com.
