Most all interactive websites
today utilize cookie and javascript technologies to enhance
their online tools. R+L uses these development tools to produce
an easier user interface as well as a complete suite of tools
for its customers to make their shipping experience much more
efficient. R+L uses the cookie technology as temporary storage
for its customer specific tools. Once the user leaves the site
the cookie is destroyed. The MYRLC section is the only exception
to this. The control panel in the MYRLC section allows logged
on users to choose our Auto Login Feature. This feature eliminates
the need for logging onto the site, using the MYRLC tools, during
future visits. A cookie is placed onto the user's computer until
they turn the Auto Login feature off at which time the cookie
is destroyed.
Our cookies do not gather any information about the user
or their computer. They simply hold the user's logon information
for the MYRLC section of the website.
